Visibility Case Study: Lenovo
Elevating Executive Voices to Inspire. And Influence.
Challenge
The client* had two key goals:
- Tell compelling stories about Lenovo's solutions, people, and culture
- Champion women in technology, using her platform to inspire the next generation
She believed deeply in both missions, but didn’t have the time or bandwidth to consistently show up online in a meaningful way.
*Ghostwriting client names are kept confidential. Content samples available upon request.
Solution
I created a low-lift, high-impact system to deliver consistent, authentic executive content:
- 30–45 minute calls every 4–6 weeks to draw out insights, experiences, and emerging ideas
- Monthly delivery of ghostwritten LinkedIn posts tailored to her voice and values
- Quarterly long-form articles exploring deeper themes around leadership, innovation, and inclusion
- A process that allowed her to review and approve everything on her own time
This approach gave her the visibility she wanted. Without the workload she didn’t.
Results
The results went beyond impressions and engagement metrics.
- Her content struck a powerful balance, blending personal advocacy with corporate messaging.
- She became recognized as a trusted voice in tech leadership, inspiring young women and amplifying her company’s employer brand.
- She made an impact on people and helped to create change. A colleague told her: “You’ve changed the way I work with the women on my team.”
Best of all? It complemented her internal and external comms goals. Without adding to the chaos of her schedule.
What the Comms Director Said...
"Chris has developed meaningful and engaging content for many of our executives. Chris does not take a cookie cutter approach, but instead tailors content to each individual he supports and writes in their tone of voice, ensuring they have content that resonates with their target audiences."
